Set up an internal promotion. If your automation process involves multiple steps, be sure to create separate promotions for each step.You can manage the liability of each promotion by setting limits on both the total amount and the number of redemptions allowed.

2. Create your automation workflow with automation steps

Set up an automation step, and you have the flexibility to incorporate multiple steps within it. Choose the promotion linked to each step to incentivize customers at every stage, and also determine how frequently it should be sent out.



Once you've made your selections, click the "Save" button to confirm your setup. It may take a few minutes for the automation to become active and available.
